The PSH25 OEM is a new development of the mirror tilting systems PSH series offered by piezosystem jena. The series PSH serves the fast and precise positioning of optical components like mirrors or prisms at up to several hundreds of hertz.

The mirror tilting system PSH25 OEM is characterized by a tilting range of up to ±20mrad (open loop)/ ±16mrad (closed loop).  Another key feature is the easy exchange of different optical components with a diameter of up to 25.4mm (1,0''). The mirror tilting system PSH25 OEM can be equipped with an integrated positioning sensor. Therefore positions can be controlled very exactly. A previously established tilt range can be set, and is reproducible.

The 2-axis mirror tilting system is ideally suited for the following applications: laser scanning, laser beam stabilization, image processing and stabilization, optical filters/ switches, scanning microscopy (SPM).
